Your first order is proforma, which means we send an invoice and dispatch once payment is received. Along with your first order confirmation, we'll send a credit account application.

Once your credit account is approved, future orders are invoiced monthly. Payment is due by the 20th of the month following invoice, via bank deposit (direct bank transfer). No credit card surcharges.

Flat rate: $10 North Island, $15 South Island (excl. GST). Rural delivery may incur an additional surcharge from the courier.

No. All wholesale prices are GST-exclusive. GST is added at checkout.

Order 5 or more of any single variant (same design, same colour) and the unit price drops. The discounted price shows automatically when you hit the quantity threshold.

Yes. New stockists receive a free earring display stand with their first order. The stand holds a full range of earrings and takes up minimal counter space. Replacement stands and additional stands are available to order.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the affected items at no cost. We pack everything carefully, but occasionally couriers have other ideas.

We don't offer sale-or-return. However, if a particular design isn't moving, get in touch and we can suggest alternatives or help with your display arrangement. Most sell-through issues come down to placement and pairing, not the product itself.

We typically release new collections 2 to 3 times per year, often timed around Mother's Day, Matariki, and the spring gift fair season. Existing stockists get early access to new releases.

Yes, provided you have a genuine retail presence (website with established traffic, marketplace store with reviews, or physical pop-up schedule). We review each application individually.
